The role
Maintenance Shift Supervisor
We are looking for a person passionate about industrial maintenance, technical team management, and continuous improvement, capable of guaranteeing the maximum availability of our production equipment and contributing to the operational excellence of the plant.
You will be a key figure in ensuring the operational continuity of the factory, leading maintenance activities during your shift and coordinating the technical response to any incident.
Your work will contribute directly to guaranteeing the highest standards of:

You will be the main technical reference for the shift and the link between Production and Maintenance to ensure a fast, effective, and results-oriented response.
What you'll do
🟠 Coordinate and supervise the maintenance technician team during the shift, ensuring correct organization of activities.
🟠 Assign and prioritize work orders based on the criticality of incidents and production needs.
🟠 Guarantee the correct execution of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance in accordance with established procedures.
🟠 Lead the resolution of breakdowns, minimizing downtime and ensuring the operational continuity of the plant.
🟠 Act as a link between Production and Maintenance, facilitating fluid communication and rapid resolution of incidents.
🟠 Supervise the availability of critical spare parts during the shift and coordinate needs with the technical warehouse.
🟠 Participate in shift handovers, guaranteeing clear communication regarding incidents, risks, and pending tasks.
🟠 Monitor the main shift indicators (stoppages, incidents, preventive plan compliance, response times, etc.) and report them to the Maintenance Coordinator.
🟠 Participate in breakdown analysis, Root Cause Analysis investigations, and the implementation of corrective actions to improve equipment reliability.
🟠 Propose technical and process improvements aimed at increasing the availability, efficiency, and performance of the facilities.
🟠 Guarantee compliance with Occupational Risk Prevention regulations, industrial safety, environment, and food safety in all interventions.
🟠 Ensure compliance with IFS and BRCGS standards and HACCP procedures related to maintenance.
