Senior Product Manager, Employer of Record

• 5+ years in product, with hands-on ownership of EOR, HR tech, or complex B2B workflow products such as onboarding, compliance, or operations platforms.
• A track record of shipping and scaling a product built on real operational complexity, ideally through a growth phase.
• Strong discovery skills: you form your own view from customers and data.
• Hands-on with AI, both as a product surface and as a working tool.
• Comfortable going deep into employment law, compliance requirements, and country-specific processes.
• Experience working with distributed, cross-functional teams across time zones.

• Direct experience at an EOR, PEO, or global payroll provider.
• Experience building internal tooling or automation for operations teams.

About the Role
Employer of Record is the core of our business. We're hiring a Senior Product Manager to own our EOR product end to end and make it the best in the market. You'll sit in the Product & Operations team with a direct line to the CEO.

This role is about depth and craft, not a big title. You'll own the full employee lifecycle, from quotes and onboarding to compliance, benefits, and offboarding, along with the internal tooling and AI agents that run behind it.

We're also moving our product organisation from delivery-led to discovery-led, and EOR leads that shift. The scope is real from day one.

• Own the full EOR lifecycle. Quotes, onboarding, contracts, country compliance, benefits, changes during employment, and offboarding. Know where it breaks today, and fix it.
• Set the roadmap. Decide what gets built and what doesn't, and defend those calls.
• Lead discovery. Spend real time with customers, prospects, employees, and our operations teams, and set the standard for discovery-led product at RemotePass.
• Turn noise into direction. Distil CS escalations, ops pain, sales objections, prospect calls, and support tickets into a clear, prioritised view of what matters. Make your reasoning visible so the business knows where it stands.
• Go deep on countries. EOR runs on a mix of our own entities and in-country partners, each with its own rules. Turn employment law, compliance requirements, and country-specific flows into product that works at scale.
• Build the machinery behind EOR. Own the internal platforms and AI agents behind EOR operations, including onboarding and contract automation, compliance checks, ops workflows, and support tooling, so operations can scale without adding headcount.
• Drive execution across time zones. Connect product, engineering, operations, and go-to-market, and work closely with Payroll where EOR and payroll meet. Drive outcomes without waiting for a room to walk into.
