At Rheinmetall Expal Munitions, we are looking for a professional to fill the position of Ballistic Center Manager at our Murcia factory.
What you'll do
- Technical manager of REM propellant testing
- Responsible for the RHM test field and the assigned team.
- Planning of ballistic tests carried out at RHM based on REM priorities
- Coordination with RHM planning and quality departments
- Coordination of necessary tests with CTP
- Coordination with RHM management regarding investments, permits, authorizations, and maintenance.
- Ensuring that the RHM test field has sufficient and adequate means for the execution of tests
- Ensuring the availability of materials in a timely and proper manner, as well as their adequate preparation.
- Review and feasibility analysis of PPB. Proposal of alternatives.
- Recording and issuing of internal test reports
- Coordination and monitoring of the delivery of external reports and required evidence
- Technical assistance in case of discrepancies in test results
- Participation and/or leadership of root cause analysis research groups
- Identification of risks during the bidding phase
- Coordination with RAC and customers
