FTL International Operations Specialist

What You Can Expect:

At Rhenus Logistics, we are looking for an FTL International Operations Specialist for our Barcelona office. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing full truckload (FTL) international road transport operations, coordinating suppliers, clients, and documentation to ensure an efficient and high-quality service.

• Manage international full truckload (FTL) transport operations.
• Search for, negotiate with, and coordinate transport suppliers.
• Prepare and review all necessary documentation for each shipment.
• Track shipments and resolve any incidents that may arise.
• Maintain smooth communication with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Handle customs documentation when required.
• Control costs and ensure the correct operational and administrative closure of each shipment.

• Education in International Trade, Transport, Logistics, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in international road transport.
• English level B2.
• Knowledge of international transport, logistics documentation, and CMR regulations.
• Proficiency in office software tools.
• Strong organizational skills, client-oriented mindset, and ability to resolve issues effectively.

What You Can Expect:

En Rhenus Logistics buscamos incorporar un/a Operativo/a FTL Internacional para nuestra delegación de Barcelona. La persona seleccionada será responsable de gestionar operaciones de transporte terrestre de carga completa (FTL), coordinando proveedores, clientes y documentación para garantizar un servicio eficiente y de calidad.

• Gestionar operaciones de transporte internacional de carga completa (FTL).
• Buscar, negociar y coordinar proveedores de transporte.
• Preparar y revisar la documentación necesaria para cada envío.
• Realizar el seguimiento de las expediciones y resolver incidencias.
• Mantener una comunicación fluida con clientes, proveedores y equipos internos.
• Gestionar documentación aduanera cuando sea necesario.
• Controlar costes y asegurar el correcto cierre operativo y administrativo de los expedientes.

• Formación en Comercio Internacional, Transporte y Logística o similar.
• Experiencia mínima de 1 año en transporte internacional terrestre.
• Nivel de inglés B2.
• Conocimientos de transporte internacional, documentación logística y normativa CMR.
• Manejo de herramientas ofimáticas.
• Capacidad de organización, orientación al cliente y resolución de incidencias.
