The role

What You Can Expect:

At Rhenus Logistics, we are looking for an FTL International Operations Specialist for our Barcelona office. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing full truckload (FTL) international road transport operations, coordinating suppliers, clients, and documentation to ensure an efficient and high-quality service.

What you'll do

Manage international full truckload (FTL) transport operations.
Search for, negotiate with, and coordinate transport suppliers.
Prepare and review all necessary documentation for each shipment.
Track shipments and resolve any incidents that may arise.
Maintain smooth communication with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
Handle customs documentation when required.
Control costs and ensure the correct operational and administrative closure of each shipment.
