Sales Associates - Lanzarote Open Mall (New Opening) - 20 hours

Our new Rituals store in Lanzarote, located in C.C. Open Mall, is looking for new team members who are proactive, positive, responsible, and eager to help our customers and work as a team. Our priority is for customers to feel at home, and you can be part of that.

In your day-to-day role, you will be the main brand ambassador and will share this essence with the team and customers.

What will your responsibilities be?

• Working with your team, the Shop Manager, and the Assistant Shop Manager to achieve the store's goals together and reach your full potential;
• Connecting with customers and learning to offer them a meaningful shopping experience;
• Feeling energized by keeping the store clean and organized. Products are always displayed according to our visual merchandising guidelines.
• Following store safety procedures.
• Bringing your own ideas.

You will become an expert in our collections, products, and treatments. Rituals offers many opportunities to develop your knowledge and skills through our extensive training program.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.

Nuestra nueva tienda Rituals en Lanzarote, situada en C.C. Open Mall, busca nuevos/as compañeros/as que sean proactivos/as, positivos/as, responsables, con ganas de ayudar a nuestros clientes y de trabajar en equipo. • Conectar con los clientes y aprendiendo a ofrecerles una experiencia de compra significativa;
• Te llena de energía mantener la tienda limpia y organizada. Los productos se presentan siempre de acuerdo con nuestras directrices de visual merchandising.
• Seguir los procedimientos de seguridad de la tienda.
• Aportar tus propias ideas.

• Experiencia mínima de 2 años en una posición similar.
