What we're looking for

Training in International Trade and/or Transport or Logistics.
At least 3 years of experience in coordination and leadership roles within the sector.
Intermediate-advanced level of English.
Good command of office tools (Office suite, Windows environment, email...).
High capacity for adaptation, desire to learn, and a clear orientation toward the customer (internal and external).
Good communication skills, incident resolution, and team coordination skills.
Goal and results orientation.

🚀 What will be your mission?

You will be a key piece for the proper management of the delegation's maritime operations, coordinating the team in your charge and ensuring the standards set by clients are met, offering a quality service.What will your functions be?

What you'll do

Direct and organize the Import and Export Seafreight Operations team, ensuring the equitable distribution of tasks. Fostering the professional development, motivation, and training of the team.
Organization and planning of the team's vacations, absences, and/or on-call shifts.
Ensure internal and external quality standards in all operations.
Ensure compliance with internal procedures and propose operational improvements.
Supervision of files, detection of errors, and support regarding incidents with clients, along with technical advice to the operations team.
Coordination with other areas/departments of the company for operational excellence, focusing on continuous improvement.
