• Previous experience of at least 2 years in a freight forwarding company and in sea freight traffic management covering maritime exports and domestic traffic to/from the Canary Islands.

• Possess training in the Administrative and/or International Trade field.

• Have an English level of B2/C1.

• Be a person with a customer orientation, being proactive and with the ability to work in a team.

• Previous experience in the use of CargoWise is valued.

Seafreight Operations team, where we need to incorporate a Seafreight Operator - Export; do you want to be part of the team?💪🏻What will your functions be?

• Full management and monitoring of assigned traffic files (maritime export and domestic traffic origin/destination Canary Islands).

• Contact with shipping lines-companies, suppliers, etc.

• Customer and agent service.

• Monitoring of shipments/cargo.

• Incident resolution.

• Quotations and invoicing.
