What you'll do

You will learn to:

  • Post job offers on different platforms and monitor them.

  • Perform CV screening and active searching for candidates.

  • Perform an initial validation of profiles.

  • Coordinate interviews and follow up on selection processes.

  • Prepare candidate reports.

  • Manage and follow up on internship agreements with universities, business schools, and educational centers.

  • Maintain communication with the different departments of ROMEU companies.

  • Provide support in the onboarding and incorporation processes of new workers.

  • Manage and update the different databases and indicators used in selection processes.

  • Collaborate on corporate talent development and training projects.

  • Perform administrative tasks specific to the area.

How you'll work
