Logistics Technical Specialist Industrial Development

We are a Spanish pharmaceutical company engaged in the research and development, manufacturing and marketing of small molecules and biological medical products.

We likewise use our sales channels to market a number of licensed pharmaceutical products, imaging contrast agents and other products for hospital use, as well as OTC pharmaceuticals.

All of this is carried out through our specialized sales team formed by more than 260 people who promote the products with specialized medical professionals and in hospitals and pharmacies.

Their functions and responsibilities are:

1. Coordination, planning, and execution of logistics activities at the Industrial Development plant for injectables projects.

2. Generation, updating, supervision, and maintenance of the documentation necessary for development logistics activities such as Guides, Procedures, Protocols, Process Specifications, follow-up minutes, change controls, deviations, and investigations.

3. Manage and verify the qualification of equipment and facilities and the maintenance and calibration of these, and follow up on preventive maintenance and calibration plans.

4. In the case of acquiring new equipment or facilities for development activities, they will support the generation of documentation for the new equipment.

5. Management of stocks and the status of raw materials, packaging materials, and consumables for the production processes.

6. Management of the logistics operators working on the project: Activities to be executed, personnel responsibilities, problem-solving, and queries.

7. Constant training and education of logistics operators and any personnel participating in the logistics activities of the projects led by the department.

8. Participation in Audits.

9. Support to the Industrial Development Coordinator and Manager of Industrial Development projects so that the company and department objectives established throughout the year are met.

10. Communication of the follow-up of department activities to the Production Coordinator and Industrial Development Manager.

11. Control of compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices for the manufacture of investigational medicinal products.

12. Monitor and control that established procedures and preventive measures are met, and include them in the instructions transmitted to the workers under their charge.

13. Communicate possible risks or deficiencies observed or the inefficiency of the measures planned for their elimination or control, both in Health and Safety as well as in Environment.

14. Participate in risk assessments.

15. In the event of hiring workers, ensure they receive the information and training in Health and Safety, as well as in Environment and protective equipment, established for the performance of their tasks.

16. Collaborate in the investigation of accidents and incidents that could occur to the workers under their charge.

17. Participate in, manage, review, and approve (as responsibilities are defined in the design plan) the design control activities in combination products.

Sus funciones y responsabilidades son:

1. Coordinación, planificación y ejecución de actividades de logística en la planta de Desarrollo Industrial para proyectos de inyectables.

2. Generación, actualización, supervisión y mantenimiento de la documentación necesaria para las actividades de logística de desarrollo como Guías, Procedimientos, Protocolos, Especificaciones de proceso, actas de seguimiento, controles de cambios, desviaciones, investigaciones.

3. Gestionar y comprobar la cualificación de equipos e instalaciones y el mantenimiento y calibración de estos y seguimiento de los planes de mantenimiento preventivo y calibraciones.

4. En el caso de adquisición de nuevos equipos o instalaciones para actividades de desarrollo apoyará en la generación de la documentación del nuevo equipo.

5. Gestión de stocks y estado de las materias primas y materiales de acondicionamiento y fungible de los procesos de producción.

6. Gestión de los operarios de logística que trabajen en el proyecto: Actividades a ejecutar, responsabilidades del personal, resolución de problemas y dudas.

7. Entrenamiento y formación constante de los operarios de logística y cualquier personal que participe en las actividades de logística de los proyectos liderados por el departamento.

8. Participación en Auditorías.

9. Apoyo al Coordinador y Gerente de Desarrollo Industrial de los proyectos de Desarrollo Industrial de tal forma que se cumplan los objetivos de la compañía y del departamento establecidos a lo largo del año.

10. Comunicación del Seguimiento de las actividades del departamento al Coordinador de Producción y Gerente de Desarrollo Industrial.

11. Control del cumplimiento de las Normas Correctas de Fabricación para la fabricación de medicamentos en investigación.

12. Vigilar y controlar que se cumplen los procedimientos y medidas preventivas establecidas, e incluirlas en las instrucciones que transmitan a los trabajadores que tienen a su cargo.

13. Comunicar los posibles riesgos o deficiencias observadas o la ineficiencia de las medidas previstas para su eliminación o control, tanto en Seguridad y Salud como en Medio Ambiente.

14. Participar en las evaluaciones de riesgos.

15. En caso de incorporación de trabajadores, asegurarse que reciban la información, formación en Seguridad y Salud, así como en Medio Ambiente y medios de protección, establecidos para el desarrollo de sus tareas.

16. Colaborar en la investigación de accidentes e incidentes que pudieran ocurrirles a los trabajadores a su cargo.

17. Participar, gestionar, revisar y aprobar (según se definan las responsabilidades en el plan de diseño) en las actividades del control de diseño en productos combinados.
