Injectable Solids Production Operator

We are a Spanish pharmaceutical company engaged in the research and development, manufacturing and marketing of small molecules and biological medical products.

We likewise use our sales channels to market a number of licensed pharmaceutical products, imaging contrast agents and other products for hospital use, as well as OTC pharmaceuticals.

All of this is carried out through our specialized sales team formed by more than 260 people who promote the products with specialized medical professionals and in hospitals and pharmacies.

Carrying out production activities for the injectable solids manufacturing process: packaging, leak and visual inspection, product sampling, sterilization of work isolators and transfer, preparation of materials for irradiation, preparation of autoclave and isolator loads, and execution of autoclave loads.

Complying with the general and specific standards established by the pharmaceutical industry (GMPs, FDA, etc.), as described and developed in the different work procedures and guidelines, for the manufacture of human-use medications.

Performing elementary tasks or providing support in the production process, as defined for the position.

Applying operational standards in accordance with the procedures and production protocols.

Carrying out the production activities assigned by higher-level group personnel or production supervisors.

Immediately reporting to maintenance and/or their supervisor any incident, deviation, or any defect or area improvement. Taking applicable actions to ensure the quality of the batch/process.

Realización de actividades de producción para el proceso de fabricación de sólidos inyectables: envasado, inspección de estanqueidad y visual, muestreo de producto, esterilización de aisladores de trabajo y transferencia, preparación de materiales para radiar, preparación de cargas de autoclave y aislador, ejecución de cargas de autoclave.

Cumple las normas generales y específicas definidas la industria farmacéutica (GMPs, FDA, etc...), descritas y desarrolladas en los diferentes procedimientos y guías de trabajo, para la fabricación de medicamentos de usos humano.

Tareas elementales o de ayuda en el proceso productivo, descrita y definidas para su puesto de trabajo.

Aplica los estándares de operación de acuerdo a lo indicado en los procedimientos y protocolos de producción.

Lleva a cabo las actividades productivas asignadas por personal de grupo superior o los responsables de producción.

Informa inmediatamente a mantenimiento y/o su superior, de cualquier incidencia, desviación o cualquier desperfecto o mejora del área. Tomando las acciones que apliquen para garantizar la calidad del lote/proceso.
