Network and Communications Specialist

We are looking for a specialist profile with experience in the following domains:

You will be part of Sacyr's networks and communications team for its global infrastructure. Your role will combine project engineering with direct management of daily operations.

• Network and infrastructure engineering: Architecture, configuration, and troubleshooting of TCP/IP networks, LAN/WAN topologies, and high-availability wireless infrastructures (WLAN).

• Traffic optimization and distribution: Technical management, load balancing, and application delivery policies using F5 load balancers.

• Global multi-cloud architecture: Design, provisioning, and deployment of large-scale interconnected infrastructures in cloud environments (Azure and/or GCP).

• Mobile telephony management and governance, and policy deployment through MDM solutions (Mobile Device Management).

• Enterprise corporate communications: Operation and support of critical network infrastructures and integrated communication systems in internationally reaching corporate environments.

• Design and deployment of new sites: Lead, from a connectivity perspective, the design, configuration, and technological implementation in the opening, migration, or renovation of corporate offices.

• Network and communications evolution: Administer, configure, and optimize the central and international network to ensure its scalability and stability in response to new business requirements.

• Technical consulting and tenders: Participate in defining the Group's telecommunications strategy and provide technical support in tender processes with suppliers and manufacturers.

• Synergies with other departments: Coordinate solutions with the Systems and Cybersecurity areas to ensure the infrastructure is robust, efficient, and secure.

• Specialized technical support: Supervision and escalation of complex incidents in Enterprise networks, ensuring operational resilience and alignment with business standards.

• English level equivalent to B2/C1

• Education and training: Technical or higher engineer in Computer Science or Telecommunications, bachelor's or master's degree - Desirable

• Knowledge of Mobile Telephony (MDM) -> Highly desirable.

• TCP/IP networks, LAN/WAN.

• F5 load balancers.

• GCP/Azure cloud environments for configuring interconnected global architectures.

Buscamos un perfil especialista con experiencia en los siguientes dominios:

Formarás parte del equipo de redes y comunicaciones de Sacyr para su infraestructura global. Tu rol combinará la ingeniería de proyectos con la gestión directa de la operativa diaria

• Ingeniería de redes e infraestructura: Arquitectura, configuración y diagnóstico de redes TCP/IP, topologías LAN/WAN e infraestructuras inalámbricas de alta disponibilidad (WLAN).

• Optimización y distribución de tráfico: Gestión técnica, balanceo de carga y políticas de entrega de aplicaciones mediante balanceadores F5.

• Arquitectura multinube global: Diseño, aprovisionamiento y despliegue de infraestructuras interconectadas a gran escala en entornos Cloud (Azure y/o GCP).

• Gestión y gobierno de telefonía móvil y despliegue de políticas mediante soluciones MDM (Mobile Device Management).

• Comunicaciones corporativas entorno Enterprise: Operación y soporte de infraestructuras de red críticas y sistemas de comunicaciones integradas en entornos empresariales de alcance internacional.

• Diseño y despliegue de nuevos centros: Liderar desde la perspectiva de conectividad el diseño, configuración e implantación tecnológica en la apertura, migración o renovación de sedes corporativas.

• Evolución de red y comunicaciones: Administrar, configurar y optimizar la red central y la internacional para asegurar su escalabilidad y estabilidad frente a nuevos requerimientos del negocio.

• Consultoría técnica y licitaciones: Participar en la definición de la estrategia de telecomunicaciones del Grupo y apoyar técnicamente en procesos de licitación con proveedores y fabricantes.

• Sinergias con otros departamentos: Coordinar soluciones con las áreas de Sistemas y Ciberseguridad para garantizar que la infraestructura sea robusta, eficiente y segura.

• Soporte Técnico Especializado: Supervisión y escalado de incidencias complejas en redes Enterprise, garantizando la resiliencia operativa y la alineación con los estándares del negocio.

• Inglés nivel equivalente a B2/C1
