IT Field Engineer - Unified Communications (Cisco Webex)

• Education in Telecommunications, Systems, Networks, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
• We value university degrees, Higher Level Vocational Training (ASIR, Telecommunications and Computer Systems, or similar), or technical certifications related to Unified Communications, Collaboration, or Networking.

• Demonstrable experience in the operation and support of Unified Communications, videoconferencing, and enterprise collaboration solutions in corporate environments.
  Advanced knowledge of Cisco Webex, including administration, operation, support, and incident resolution.
• Solid knowledge of IP networks: switching, routing, VLANs, QoS, DNS, DHCP, and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of videoconferencing technologies, Unified Communications, enterprise collaboration, and corporate room equipment.
• Professional English, which will be used on a daily basis.
• Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
• Customer orientation and a service vocation in high-demand environments.

We are looking for an IT Field Engineer - Unified Communications (Cisco Webex) to join the team responsible for the operation, support, and maintenance of the corporate collaboration and videoconferencing services for a major Ricoh client.

The selected person will administer and provide support for the Cisco Webex platform and the associated videoconferencing and Unified Communications ecosystem, within a high-criticality managed service, focusing on availability, service quality, user experience, and compliance with established service levels.

The position is oriented towards professionals with demonstrable experience in enterprise videoconferencing environments, Unified Communications, IP networks, and corporate collaboration solutions, capable of working in an international environment and interacting with both technical and functional stakeholders.

In your day-to-day, you will manage tasks such as:

• Providing support to key users, executive meetings, and international services, guaranteeing a consistent experience on a global level.
• Administering and providing support for the Cisco Webex platform and the corporate videoconferencing and Unified Communications ecosystem.
• Managing, maintaining, and updating videoconferencing devices, meeting rooms, and collaboration tools.
• Proactively monitoring services, ensuring compliance with established service levels.
• Diagnosing and resolving incidents related to videoconferencing, Unified Communications, network connectivity, and user experience.
• Coordinating technical escalations with Cisco, technology providers, manufacturers, and international teams.
• Preparing operational reports, tracking KPIs, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Keeping the service's technical documentation and operating procedures up to date.

The position offers a permanent contract, with on-site work in the northern area of Madrid (Campo de las Naciones - IFEMA) and work in two weekly rotating shifts: morning shift and afternoon shift
