• Previous professional experience of more than 5 years in a construction company's technical site office.

• Advanced level of Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Project, and Presto.

• Proven experience in team management (Technical Office Technician; Drafting, etc.).

The role

We are looking for someone like you, who joins our #SacyrCourse and helps us continue improving people's lives.

Currently, Sacyr Ingeniería e Infraestructuras needs to hire a Facilities Manager located in Madrid.

What you'll do

• Technical analysis of project alternatives.

• Technical-economic review and optimization of the project.

Performance and review of bracket calculations, material breakdown, site layout, etc.

• Management of the team in charge within the department itself.
