At least 1 year of previous experience managing maintenance contracts or similar

The role

From the Infrastructure Business management of Grupo Elecnor, we are looking to incorporate a Site Manager for the Madrid area to manage integral facility maintenance contracts from both a technical and economic perspective.

What you'll do

- Technical-economic management of contracts

- Direct contact with the client, ensuring proper compliance with executions

- Monthly economic control of the production carried out, including analysis of site costs

- Planning of the site's own personnel, coordinating and organizing maintenance routes for the technicians.

- Comparisons and selection of suppliers, subcontractors, etc.

- Responsible for compliance with site health and safety plans, as well as other OHS instructions.

How you'll work

Flexibility in start and end times. Full-time, with a split shift from Monday to Thursday, and intensive hours on Fridays and during summer.
