We are looking for a profile with the following requirements and competencies:

Currently studying or having completed Chemical Engineering and a Master's in Chemical Engineering.
Interest in developing a professional career in the field of Process Engineering.
Advanced level of English.
Ability to participate in the development of process studies and design activities.
Knowledge of mass and energy balances.
Knowledge in the preparation of PFDs and P&IDs.
Knowledge in the preparation of line lists.
Knowledge in the preparation of equipment and instrument data sheets.
Knowledge or interest in using Intools for instrumentation data management.
Knowledge or interest in process simulation.

Nice to have

Analytical ability and attention to detail.
Proactividad y ganas de aprender.
Ability to work in a team and effective communication.
Proficiency in standard office tools.

The role

We are currently looking to recruit a Process Engineering Intern to provide general support to the Sacyr Proyecta Process Department. The internship will last 6 months, and the selected person will collaborate in the development of technical process engineering activities, contributing to the management of the department's high workload.

What you'll do

Functions and responsibilities of the position:

Provide support to the Process Engineering team in the development of process studies and designs.
Collaborate in the preparation and review of mass and energy balances.
Participate in the preparation and updating of Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs).
Collaborate in the preparation and review of Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs).
Support the preparation and maintenance of line lists.
Participate in the preparation of equipment and instrument data sheets.
Perform the loading and updating of instrumentation data in Intools.
Collaborate in the execution and analysis of process simulations.
Support the preparation of technical documentation associated with projects.
Coordinate with other engineering disciplines for the correct integration of process information.
