Production Manager - Building Construction Las Rozas (Madrid)

• University education: Architecture, Technical Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction, etc.

• Valuable experience of at least 4 years as a Production Manager in residential construction projects.

• Motivation to grow within a global environment and work on large-scale projects.

We are currently looking to incorporate a Senior Production Manager in Madrid, for one of our Building Construction projects that shares our commitment to quality, responsibility, and excellent service.

• Supervise and control production lines throughout the entire construction process: carry out daily progress reviews and identify any potential issues or delays in the schedule.

• Taking measurements and supervising the measurements of subcontractors.

• Coordination and supervision of the human, technical, and material resources of the project.

• Management and organization of the materials and auxiliary means necessary for the proper functioning of the project.

• Collaboration in monitoring quality, prevention, and environmental policies.

• Support to the Contract Manager in achieving the project's objectives: optimizing economic results and ensuring client satisfaction in terms of quality and schedule.
