What we're looking for

Education: Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Organization Engineering, Industrial Technologies Engineering, or Manufacturing/Process Engineering. Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement training is a plus.
English: B2
Experience: 1 or more years of experience in industrial environments is a plus.
Computer Skills: SAP and knowledge of Microsoft Office. Power BI knowledge is a plus.
Skills: Autonomy, high capacity for interaction with different stakeholders, negotiation skills, and the ability to interpret and manage different situations and professional profiles, combining technical knowledge and interpersonal skills.

The role

Ingeteam, a leading company in electrical engineering and the development of electrical equipment, motors, generators, and frequency converters, is looking to hire a Process Engineer for its facilities in Sesma, Sarriguren (Pamplona), Zamudio, or Ortuella.

The selected candidate will join the Operations C&C Department with the aim of ensuring the definition, standardization, and optimization of production processes and their associated times, with the goal of improving operational efficiency. The position focuses on the analysis of standard times, work methods, and basic operations management, contributing to continuous improvement and plant productivity.

What you'll do

Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes using time and motion studies (timekeeping, MTM) to define operational standards and sequences.
Develop and maintain technical process documentation, and collaborate with production, quality, and engineering to improve standards.
Drive Lean improvements (VSM, Kaizen, 5S, SMED), prepare productivity reports, and manage data in ERP/MES systems (SAP, Teamcenter).
