What we're looking for

We are looking for a profile with the following requirements and competencies:

• At least 3 years leading development teams (as a Tech Lead or equivalent role).

• At least 5 years of experience in backend software development.

• .NET Core, minimum version .NET 8.

• Entity Framework Core.

• Node.js.

• Design and consumption of WebAPI services (REST).

• Angular 19.

• TypeScript.

• SQL Server, at the Transact-SQL level (queries, stored procedures, optimization).

The role

We are looking for someone like you, who joins our #SacyrCourse and helps us continue improving people's lives.

We are looking for a candidate to technically lead the development of custom software solutions within Sacyr's IT area. The role combines direct work with the team - coordinating, reviewing code, and making architecture decisions - with interaction with IT managers and business areas. Someone who knows how to write good code as well as lead a team and a project forward.

What you'll do

• Lead and organize the development team: distribute tasks, review code, and promote best practices.

• Collaborate with the Architecture area in evaluating and defining technical decisions for solutions (backend, frontend, and integrations).

• Contribute with your own code, especially in the most critical or complex parts of the project.

• Ensure the quality, security, and maintainability of the software delivered.

• Plan and track projects using an agile approach.

• Be the point of contact with IT and business areas to gather requirements and communicate progress.

• Help the team grow and stay up to date with tools, including the use of AI in development
