Civil Works Tender Technician

We are looking for a profile with the following requirements and competencies:

• Degree in Engineering.

• At least 5 years of experience in bid preparation or project management in civil works.

• Experience in preparing technical-commercial proposals and participating in negotiations with partners and clients.

• Management of EPC proposals for Civil Works.

• Ability to adapt to other project types.

• Fluent English required, C1 level. Having lived abroad is highly valued.

• Advanced Microsoft Office skills; knowledge of planning and cost estimation software is desirable.

• Availability for travel and occasional site visits within the scope of tenders.

We are currently looking to hire a Civil Works Tender Technician in Madrid, who shares our commitment to quality, responsibility, and excellent service.

• Preparation and management of bids for civil works projects, coordinating, where applicable, the team and departments assigned to the tender.

• Review of technical and commercial specifications, participation in bid strategy and organization, management of client clarifications, site visit reports, negotiation with partners, suppliers, and subcontractors, review of measurements and quantities, and coordination and supervision of engineering.

• Preparation of construction planning. Development of cost estimates, cash flow, basic execution schedules, technical deliverables, organizational charts, histograms, etc. Coordination of the administrative bid. Preparation of financial closings for presentation to management.

• Project risk analysis and participation in contract negotiation with the client.
