The role

We are currently looking to hire a Junior Planning Technician in Seville, who shares our commitment to quality, responsibility, and excellent service.

What you'll do

• Preparation of production plans and control of schedules for pending activities and processes.

• Planning and prioritization of operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.

• Seeking ways to optimize processes: controlling production levels and preparing schedules for remaining tasks.

• Addressing problems as they arise in order to minimize their impact on the established schedule.

• Collaborating with and reporting project status to work groups/departments. Analyzing final proposals and making the necessary adjustments.

• Managing resources (human and material) in planning.

• Regularly monitoring the project's daily status and preparing reports.

Requirements and competencies

We are looking for a profile with the following requirements and competencies:

• Degree in Civil Engineering / Degree in Roads, Canals and Ports Engineering, Architecture or other related specialties.

• Knowledge of administration and management will be positively valued.

• Minimum English level C1.
