Requirements

What we're looking for

Degree in Industrial, Environmental, Civil, Organizational Engineering, or similar.
Minimum experience of at least 1 year in a technical office or similar environments.
High level of English (minimum B2); other languages will be valued.
Good command of Office (Word, Excel).
A person eager to learn, proactive, decisive, with organizational skills and attention to detail.

Nice to have

Experience with GIS tools, AutoCAD, or planning/project software will be valued.

The role

We are looking to incorporate into our team in Madrid a Junior Technician for the Bidding area, with an interest in technical management, sustainability, and urban transformation.

What you'll do

Analysis of technical and administrative specifications for public or private tenders.
Drafting of technical reports, sizing of services and calculation of technical needs (machinery, personnel, logistics...)
Collaboration in preparing economic documentation: cost analysis, agreements, and material/human resources.
Coordination with different technical, financial, and legal departments to build the best possible bid.
Support in submitting documentation through electronic platforms, ensuring deadlines, quality, and regulatory compliance.
Active participation in continuous team learning: post-bid reviews, improvement indicators, and best practices.
