What you'll do

  • Build, with the support of the Account Team members and in accordance with the Commercial Director, the Client Account Plan describing the strategy, objectives, and medium-term actions. Keep these Account Plans updated at least quarterly.
  • Systematically and proactively create, develop, and manage effective and cross-functional commercial relationships with KAM centers/accounts to achieve sales objectives and develop long-term partnerships.
  • Act as a link between SAICA FLEX and client contacts to create agreement and commitment with the client's key stakeholders through the negotiation and commercial planning process.
  • Lead the implementation and execution of the Account Plan agreed upon with the client, providing cross-functional coordination and alignment of the core functional teams and the SFX country to achieve the defined objectives.
  • Lead/support the bidding or contract renewal processes for European clients (with EKAM)
  • Manage, together with the EKAM/RSD, the final commercial and contractual negotiations for all countries involved.
  • Lead the price renewal processes, providing support to the Commercial Control team
  • Establish the annual sales forecast (volumes and prices) for the assigned Client (by country and affected plants).
  • Improve client competitiveness and profitability through the application of the optimization plans detailed in each client's Operational Master Plan (OMP).
  • Analyze sales results, margins, and client share, as well as the application of the Operational Master Plan (OMP), in coordination with the EKAM/RSD and Account team members.
  • Comply with and enforce communication procedures to ensure perfect alignment with all SFX stakeholders. Encourage the use of the company's commercial information systems in order to guarantee maximum report reliability for sound decision-making.
  • Supervise and analyze quality performance at the centers and implement necessary corrective action plans in coordination with the corresponding quality manager.
  • Coordinate with Market Innovation Directors and Senior Innovation Directors to meet client expectations regarding innovation.
  • Lead the necessary initial training for new account team members. Assume an active role, in coordination with EKAM/RSD, for the training of the account team.
  • Develop the Saica Flex brand identity and the Saica Flex value proposition for the managed clients
  • Gather and transmit to other team members the explicit and implicit needs of the client to build the most appropriate and proactive value proposition

Minimum requirements

Education: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in technical or commercial areas.

Experience: 3 years of experience, preferably in sales of industrial products and fast-moving consumer goods

Languages: High level of English and French.

Advanced knowledge of Office tools and SAP.

Competencies: Strong customer orientation, communication skills in several languages both spoken and written, analytical capacity, and a proactive attitude toward new challenges.
