Customer Service Manager
What you'll do
Lead the regional Customer Service team, driving priorities, performance and people development.
Ensure SLA, efficiency and customer satisfaction targets aligned with business priorities.
Serve as the main contact for Commercial teams and customers, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
