We are looking for a Store Manager (M/F) - fluent English and Spanish - for our Salomon store in La Roca del Vallès.
As Store Manager, you will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing store team to ensure that:
-Set targets are achieved
-Brand standards are correctly executed
-Operational excellence is delivered
-Financial goals are met
-You are a proactive and positive member of the team

You will provide the highest level of customer experience and convey the brand vision, supporting and mentoring the Assistant Store Manager and the store team in their personal and professional development.

Key responsibilities:
Leadership
-Motivate and inspire the team by conveying the store vision, reflecting the power of the Salomon brand
-Manage all aspects of the store: people, operations, finances, and customers to obtain consistent high-performance results
Customer service
-Act as a role model and ensure the team understands customer needs to offer high-quality service
-Be present and visible in the store, interacting with customers and team members
Operations
-Efficiently manage inventory levels to meet market and customer needs
-Ensure best operational practices in collaboration with the District Manager
-Supervise activities while complying with health and safety regulations; maintain a safe environment for the team and customers
Sales and Finance
-Manage resources to reach the budgeted level of operating expenses and customer experience
-Supervise a loss prevention program to protect assets and inventory
-Deliver the P&L and retail KPIs in accordance with the budget and forecast
Management: 
-Effectively lead the hiring of the store team
-Work with the ASM to ensure all team members receive onboarding and continuous training
-Actively support the professional development of the team
