What we're looking for

The role

Collaborate in the setup, service, and breakdown of buffets.
Specific:
Design dishes and participate in their preparation.
Always comply with the application of HACCP regulations.
Always comply with the application of allergen regulations.
Collaborate with the restaurant team on specific requests and ad hoc diets.
Work as a team with the storeroom/purchasing and front-of-house team.
