What you'll do
Support in the writing, editing, and coordination of the internal newsletter (Sandoz News), ensuring clear, engaging content aligned with the corporate tone.
Help in the creation of internal communication materials (presentations, visual pieces, campaigns, etc.).
Coordination with different areas (Commercial, Medical, HR, among others) to collect and structure content.
Management and maintenance of internal communication channels (intranet, collaborative platforms, etc.).
Support in the planning and execution of internal campaigns and engagement actions.
Adaptation of messages to different audiences, simplifying complex information.
Review of content ensuring quality, consistency, and compliance with corporate guidelines.
Support in the monitoring and basic analysis of communication impact (engagement, metrics, etc.).
Cross-functional support in projects within the Corporate Affairs area.
How you'll work
Duration of the internship stage: Between 6 and 12 months, depending on the agreement with the educational center (the start and end of the internship must be prior to the defense of the Master's or Bachelor's thesis).
Workplace: Madrid (hybrid modality).
Schedule from Monday to Thursday 8:00-9:00 to 17:00-18:00, Friday 8:00-9:00 to 14:00-15:00
