Systems Technician

🎓 Education: Vocational Training (FP) in IT, Systems, Computer Engineering, or an equivalent degree.

🌱 Experience: Between 1 and 3 years in similar positions, preferably within the healthcare sector.

💻 Technical knowledge: Support for information systems, applications, and servers.

👉 Skills: Planning, customer orientation, teamwork capacity, communication, and innovation.

✈️Availability to travel nationally when the business requires it.

Join our team as a Systems Technician at our headquarters in Madrid.

Your work will be key to ensuring the correct functioning of the computer systems and applications that support our network of dental clinics.

💙 Manage incidents reported from the Dental Centers related to Sanitas Dental's proprietary applications.

💙 Provide support to users and attend to their requirements to guarantee the continuity of daily activity.

💙 Manage, register, and follow up on incidents until their resolution.

💙 Analyze incidents, identify recurring patterns, and propose improvements to optimize processes and systems.

💙 Perform the installation, configuration, and verification of computer equipment and software in new openings and expansion projects.

💙 Manage aspects related to microcomputing in the dental centers: installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment.

💙 Control warranties, renewals, and obsolescence of the computer fleet.

💙 Participate in the preparation and updating of operating procedures for the Systems area.

💙 Collaborate in the implementation of technological projects and improvements to the Dental BU systems.

💙 Ensure compliance with IT security and data protection policies in the dental centers.

💙 Participate in functional testing and validation of new application versions.

💙 Execute deployments, replacements, and configurations of workstations following standardized procedures.

💙 Perform preventive reviews of the systems to detect incidents before they impact the business.
