What you'll do

You will be the person who ensures the center operates in a safe, efficient, and uninterrupted manner, contributing to the well-being of residents, families, and professionals.

Your mission will be to guarantee the correct functioning of the facilities through preventive and corrective maintenance.

💙 Resolve incidents and breakdowns, guaranteeing the correct functioning of spaces and services.

💙 Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of the center's facilities and equipment.

💙 Supervise the work of external companies and manage the technical documentation associated with maintenance and the Management System.

💙 Ensure compliance with the maintenance plan, optimizing energy consumption and contributing to the safety and good condition of the facilities.

Experience

At least one year in similar positions. Experience in maintenance of facilities, buildings, or technical services will be valued.

Other skills and knowledge

We are looking for a resourceful, organized person with initiative, capable of working autonomously, coordinating incidents, and contributing to the correct functioning of the center's facilities.
