The role

Your mission will be to handle customer complaints, requests, and inquiries, in accordance with the policy established by the Hospital Management, to guarantee the quality of care of our Services.

What you'll do

💙Manage and respond to complaints collected in writing at the Hospital.

💙Respond to complaints forwarded from Sanitas, sending a written response to the affected insured person through the Customer Relations Service.

💙Personally attend to patients requesting information, offering a response to complaints expressed orally, going up to rooms when required.

💙Facilitate the transfer of patients to other Hospitals.

💙Control and Management of Medical Check-ups, coordinating the performance of tests as soon as possible, and managing appointments demanded by emergencies or requested from Sanitas Customer Relations.

💙Coordinate the continuous training plan for the service staff.

💙Telephone calls to detractor patients.

💙Administrative tasks of the department.

💙Management of inquiries from foreigners.

💙Participation in the implementation of the management model and segregation of hazardous/non-hazardous waste.
