🙋‍♀️ We are looking for an Assistant Manager for our stores located in Barcelona under our brand SANTAGLORIA.

What you'll do

🥐 Daily store operations (baking, coffee shop, customer service, etc.)

📅 Team management: schedules, vacations, absenteeism, staff training, and interviews

📝 Inventories, stock control, and waste control

🚛 Full supplier cycle management

⚖️ Ensure compliance with hygiene, handling, food safety, and Occupational Risk Prevention regulations

🚩 Control and supervision of HACCP. Audits

📊 Integral management of the store and the P&L (sales, expenses). Check List and VEO (monthly/quarterly)

🗣️ Resolution of incidents and conflicts
