WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
As a Software Engineer, your role will consist of:
What you'll do
- Being the technical expert who interprets the solutions provided by the Solution Design teams and transcribes them into the programming languages and parameters needed to generate the technical components integrated into the designed solutions.
- Being able to detail the required functionalities, developing the services and operations that make up your application and/or integrating these solutions with other components from other applications.
- Your solutions are ALWAYS validated by the SOLUTION DESIGN teams to ensure their alignment with the development policies established at Grupo Santander.
- Likewise, your solutions must ALWAYS pass the Quality Gates defined by the CISO and QUALITY SERVICES teams, which, from a SECURITY (S-SDLC, CISO), TECHNICAL (QA-T, Performance Test, Stress Test, Contingency Test) and FUNCTIONAL (Unit Test, Functional Test, Integration Test) standpoint, will validate that the software produced by the SW Engineers meets all the quality standards established and committed to by Grupo Santander.
- You not only execute the corresponding technical developments in the SW, but also, following the instructions of the Solution Design teams, you produce all the required technical documentation in accordance with the Group's Development Policies (logical and data models, flowcharts, activity diagrams, templates, etc.).
- If applicable, you will manage the SW deliveries from eLABS Services or SW Factories involved in your project, ensuring that deliveries from these Third Parties meet Grupo Santander's quality standards as well as the functional and technical specifications required according to the contracted service.
- Certifying the software produced is your responsibility, executing the certification cycles defined in the testing strategy and the secure development and quality policy of Grupo Santander.
- Participating in the packaging of your solutions for the correct deployment of the SW in the different working environments, or collaborating with the DEVOPS teams so that this SW packaging and deployment is carried out in a coherent, comprehensive and correct manner.
- Participating in all the ceremonies and follow-ups established by the Scrum Master / Project Manager of your team.
- Together with the person responsible for the Chapter-CoEx or Global Product you work in, you will identify your training, upskilling or reskilling needs required to keep your technical skills up to date.
- Finally, providing your feedback regarding the performance of the professionals who have participated alongside you in your work teams.

Como Software Engineer, tu rol consistirá en:

- Ser el experto técnico que interpreta las soluciones aportadas por los Solution Design y las trascriben a los lenguajes de programación y parámetros necesarios que generan los componentes técnicos integrados en las Soluciones diseñadas.

- Si aplica, gestionará las entregas de SW de Servicios de eLABS o SW Factories que participen de su proyecto, asegurando que las entregas de estos Third Parties cumplen con los estándares de calidad del Grupo Santander así como con las especificaciones funcionales y técnicas requeridas según el servicio contratado.
- Certificar el software producido responsabilidad suya, ejecutando los ciclos de certificación definidos en la estrategia de testing y la política de desarrollo seguro y de calidad del Grupo Santander.
- Participar del packaging de sus soluciones para el correcto despliegue del SW en los distintos entornos de trabajo o colabora con los DEVOPS a que este empaquetado y despliegue de SW se ejecute de manera coherente, integral y correcta.
- Participar de todas las liturgias y seguimientos que establezca el Scrum Master / Project Manager de su Equipo.
- Junto con el responsable del Chapter-CoEx o Producto Global en que trabaje, identificarás tus necesidades de formación, upskilling o reskilling que requiera para mantener vigentes sus competencias técnicas.
- Finalmente, aportar tu feedback respecto al desempeño de los profesionales que han participado junto con él en sus Equipos de trabajo.
