What you'll do

As an Ambassador Program Intern, your mission is to help strengthen SAP's employer brand by supporting our Ambassador Program and university engagement initiatives. You'll work closely with our internal teams and university partners to ensure events, fairs, and ambassador activities are well-organized, tracked, and communicated effectively.

The SAP iXp Program is SAP's global, strategic, paid program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers.

Who You Are

You are organized, proactive, and passionate about connecting with people. You enjoy managing multiple projects, have strong communication skills, and are comfortable engaging with both internal and external stakeholders. You're creative, detail-oriented, and can bring fresh ideas to life, from event planning to content creation.

  • You're studying something like Event Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related fields
  • You are available for a minimum 6-month placement
  • Experienced in event planning and management is an advantage
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Canva or video creation tools is a plus.
  • Organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communicator who enjoys working in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
  • Proactive, reliable, and solution-oriented.
  • Your university must be able to sign a tri-party agreement with SAP (required by Spanish law).
  • Ready for a full-time, 6-month placement (39.5 hours per week).
