What we're looking for

5-10 years of experience in managing and designing system architectures based on microservices, APIs, and containers, data architectures: Big Data and Machine Learning, and traditional software architectures with OpenShift. Experience in managing and designing GenAI application architectures of at least 1 year will be valued.
Your essential tech stack is the following:
- Programming languages: Java and Python.
- Advanced knowledge of cloud technologies (Azure, GCP, IBM Cloud, and Amazon) and on-premise.
- Containers, OpenShift.
- Design and development of microservices architectures, including API design and management.
- NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Elastic, etc.).
- Automation skills: software deployment, infrastructure provisioning, CI/CD.
- Generative AI: OpenAI, OpenLit, LangFuse, prompt flow, MLflow, Opik, LangChain, LangGraph, etc.

The role

Responsible for ensuring the technical viability of the HUBs' initiatives within their area of expertise: Definition and design of the technical architecture supporting the construction of GenAI systems.
Lead the definition, design, and implementation of architectures for scalable systems and solutions, ensuring efficient implementation, with support from external vendors.
Support in defining the key components of GenAI solutions, aligned with the bank's strategy.
Provide support in the implementation of GenAI solutions (MVPs and solution scaling), ensuring, within their area of expertise, the quality of results and their alignment with the entity's technical guidelines and principles.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the proper integration of solutions within the technical environment.
Support in designing scaling plans for GenAI solutions.
As a member of the GenAI Systems Hub and the Development and Scaling Hub, they will provide support in: needs analysis, impact assessment, definition of technical and functional requirements, definition of MVPs, and definition of scaling plans.
