Treasury Administrator

You will be part of the Treasury department at our head offices in Alcobendas, providing support for the end-to-end management of bank guarantees and the operation of customer financing programs.
Your goal will be to ensure rigorous document management, proper monitoring of operations, and smooth coordination with financial institutions, customers, the sales network, and various internal teams.
In addition, you will have the opportunity to progressively expand your knowledge and responsibilities into other treasury activities within a multinational environment.

What you'll do

  • You will manage the request, formalization, and monitoring of guarantees with the various financial institutions.
  • You will coordinate with the requesting areas the collection of information and documentation necessary for the issuance of guarantees.
  • You will monitor the expiration, renewals, modifications, reductions, and cancellations of the issued guarantees.
  • You will control the costs, commissions, and conditions agreed upon with the banking institutions.
  • You will keep the databases, systems, and documentation related to guarantees up to date.
  • You will receive and review the financing requests processed by the sales network, verifying the documentation required for each operation.
  • You will follow up on financing requests until their formalization and collaborate with financial institutions to resolve possible incidents.
  • You will manage the control and filing of the contractual documentation linked to the financing programs.
  • You will prepare reports and monitor the main indicators related to the activity.
  • You will assist and advise the sales teams on inquiries related to guarantees and financing programs.
  • You will collaborate in the dissemination of internal procedures and in the resolution of operational incidents, helping to offer an agile and efficient experience to customers and collaborators.
  • You will participate in process improvement and financial digitalization projects.
  • Progressively, you may collaborate in other activities related to liquidity management, bank positions, and relationships with financial institutions.
