What is your mission? We are looking for a professional to lead the end-to-end coordination of digital connection projects for clients, acting as the main point of contact between clients, sales teams, operations, Customer Success, and technical areas. Your goal will be to ensure efficient project execution, reduce implementation times, and ensure an excellent client experience. What will you do on a day-to-day basis? Manage digital projects from start to finish, from commercial handover to launch. Coordinate the different internal and external stakeholders involved in each project. Plan and supervise work orders, milestones, risks, and deliverables. Lead follow-up and kick-off meetings with clients and internal teams. Manage communication with clients, including incidents and escalations. Ensure proper knowledge transfer to clients and Customer Success teams. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, optimizing processes and tools. Collaborate with the technical office and develop knowledge about digital architectures and solutions.
