Senior Field Sales Representative

Develop, manage, and maximize business with customers in the energy-related segment within the assigned territory (Balearic Islands), combining a technical-commercial approach to offer tailored solutions and guarantee customer satisfaction, contributing directly to growth in both sales and the profitability of the achieved operations.

• Manage and develop a customer portfolio consisting mainly of installers, contractors, and system integrators.
• Proactively identify new business opportunities, projects, and potential customers within the assigned area.
• Act as a technical-commercial advisor, understanding customer needs and proposing solutions adapted to their activity.
• Promote the complete Schneider Electric portfolio, including products, solutions, services, and the digital ecosystem.
• Prepare technical-economic offers, perform commercial follow-up, and accompany the customer through to closing and subsequent account development.
• Manage the pipeline of opportunities and sales forecasts through CRM.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Marketing, Technical Support, Supply Chain, and other business areas.
• Participate in events, training, and promotional activities to reinforce the company's presence in the area.
• Build relationships of trust with customers and partners, driving loyalty and business growth.

We are looking for a person with a balanced combination of technical knowledge and commercial orientation, capable of working autonomously in an environment of close customer proximity.

• Knowledge of Low Voltage (LV) electrical equipment.
• Familiarity with residential and tertiary electrical installations.
• Ability to interpret electrical diagrams and technical specifications.
• Previous experience in the electrical, energy, or industrial sector is valued.

• Experience in technical sales or business development.
• Ability to generate solid commercial relationships and detect growth opportunities.
• Knowledge of the installer channel, electrical distribution, and contractors (highly valued).
• Experience in consultative selling and negotiation.

• Proficiency in CRM and digital commercial management tools.
• Experience with configuration and offer preparation tools.
