Promotes and sells products and/or services of biomonitoring portfolio and solutions directly to current and new end customers. Closes direct sales of products and/or services. Creates,
monitors and revises lead generation plans to ensure a substantive sales opportunity pipeline.
Typically reports to a South Europe Sales Manager role or to country supervisor
1. Account plans:
• Monitor and take action to close gaps against sales targets, and update forecast as required
• Understand customer's business, their needs and goals and identify potential new business
• Identify, build relationship with appropriate decision makers within Customers and manage sales negotiations
2. Business analysis/Problem solving:
• Identify general areas for improvements to maximize customer satisfaction & efficiencies, streamline processes, increase sales, improve
delivery and product availability etc.
3. Reporting:
• Provide performance reports and metrics and other data as required to customers and internally
• Use sales-specific systems (like SalesForce.com) to manage own sales pipeline, forecast and monitor sales targets
4. Activity:
• Achieve the sales target for the assigned territory
• Visit existing and potential customers face to face or vitual
• Manage sales opportunities by generating and following leads using the CRM provided
• Manage contract implementation where appropriate
• Support implementation of the tactical plan aligned with the segment strategy
5. Product / Market knowledge updates:
• Identify market and competitor activity, product and industry developments and feedback this information to management and other relevant
functions (e.g. Marketing or Sales Development)
6. Collaboration:
• Work collaboratively with all colleagues across territories, regions, or countries to share best practice as well as participate in important
projects in order to improve the coverage of multi-country customers and improve processes
• Work and collaborate with internal teams to increase customer network and leads/opportunities/sales
Sell macrobiology portfolio products, quality control and assurance and sell the products (macrobiological test) to enterprise
Advance solution business in LifeScience, by biomonitoring, using technical sales to sell macrobiology portfolio, pharmaceutical industry.
Work location: Spain. Flexible, with a preference for Barcelona or Northern Spain.
Flexible working hours. 80% traveling, and 20% on remote. Reference site: Mollet del Vallès.
