Technical Leader - Medium Voltage

• The person will be responsible for acting as a technical reference for the sales and tendering team, providing specialized support throughout the entire sales cycle. They will participate in defining the technical strategy for the most relevant opportunities, ensuring that the proposed solutions are solid, competitive, and aligned with customer needs.
• They will technically lead the development of complex modernization (retrofit), digitalization, energy efficiency, and advanced service opportunities, actively participating in technical meetings, workshops, and customer visits to understand requirements and define the best possible technical solution.
• They will be responsible for validating the technical feasibility of the offered solutions, identifying risks, dependencies, and possible deviations before the presentation of commercial proposals, guaranteeing compliance with Schneider Electric's quality and profitability standards.
• They will develop, when necessary, part of the conceptual and detailed engineering associated with complex projects, collaborating with execution, engineering, and product specialist teams to define technical architectures, scopes, and optimal solutions.
• They will act as the primary technical interlocutor with Schneider Electric factories and centers of competence, coordinating the definition of solutions, resolving technical doubts, and ensuring a correct interpretation of customer requirements and the requested scope.
• They will be responsible for reviewing and technically validating the offers received from the factory, verifying that the proposed solution corresponds to the initially defined scope and avoiding technical, economic, or functional deviations that could impact customer satisfaction or project profitability.
• They will lead the technical defense of proposals to the customer, participating in presentations, clarification meetings, and technical negotiation processes, providing credibility and positioning Schneider Electric as a benchmark technology partner.
• They will collaborate closely with execution teams during the initial phases of projects, ensuring an adequate transition from the commercial phase to implementation and guaranteeing the correct transfer of technical knowledge.
• They will actively participate in the standardization and continuous improvement of solutions, methodologies, and engineering processes, contributing to the development of best practices and increasing the competitiveness of offers.
• They will act as a mentor and technical reference for the rest of the organization, sharing knowledge and contributing to the development of the technical capabilities of the sales, tendering, and execution teams.

The position is part of the Service Sales team in the Madrid area, acting as a technical reference for the most strategic and complex business opportunities. Their main mission will be to guarantee the technical excellence of the offered solutions, providing specialized support to the sales, tendering, and execution teams, and ensuring technical alignment between customer needs, Schneider Electric's capabilities, and the proposals developed by the factory.

The role combines deep technical knowledge of electrical infrastructures, protection, automation, digitalization, and advanced services, with a high capacity for cross-functional coordination, customer interaction, and technical leadership of critical projects.

Education: Technical training, preferably in Electrical, Industrial, or equivalent Engineering, which facilitates the understanding of Power Services solutions and interaction with technical customer profiles. They must provide relevant experience (minimum 5-8 years).

Complementary training in electrical protection, automation, control systems, industrial digitalization, or project management will be valued.
