Engineering Project Manager / Project Leader

• Minimum English level B2 (First Certificate or equivalent).

We are looking to incorporate an Engineering Project Manager / Project Leader to lead the technical management of projects in an industrial environment linked to the automotive sector. The selected person will be the main technical contact with the client, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring compliance with the technical, quality, and project planning objectives.

• Act as the main technical reference and contact with the client.
• Manage the technical relationship and follow-up of assigned projects.
• Lead and coordinate a multidisciplinary engineering team.
• Hold periodic meetings with the client to ensure project progress.
• Design and develop mechanical components in 2D and 3D using CATIA V5.
• Interpret and analyze FEM calculations for design validation.
• Prepare and keep internal and client technical documentation up to date.
• Analyze and resolve manufacturing issues, both internal and from suppliers.
• Plan and coordinate technical resources to ensure compliance with milestones and deliverables.
• Coordinate the different disciplines involved in the project to ensure on-time delivery.
• Monitor technical progress and report on project status.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and cross-departmental activities.

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or similar.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in engineering project management and coordination.
• Experience leading technical and multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience in direct client communication and project follow-up.
• Knowledge of 2D and 3D mechanical design.
• Experience in resource coordination, planning, and milestone control.
• Previous experience in automotive or railway environments is valued.

• Proficiency in CATIA V5.
• Ability to interpret FEM calculations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Project management and follow-up tools.
