You will be responsible for providing professional services to Schneider Electric customers, including on-site technical analysis to resolve customer issues and performing field service tasks across the full range of MESA equipment - primarily (but not exclusively) the following: Gas Insulated Switchgear (GIS) for Primary Distribution, Gas Insulated Switchgear (GIS) for Secondary Distribution. Main Responsibilities and Functions: Perform field technician duties for service activities under the supervision of your coordinator. Comply with all safety policies, practices, and procedures at all times. Lead services by performing Lead Technician duties on services provided at customer facilities, serving as the visible point of contact for the work team. Provide technical support to customers during service visits to their facilities. Services: installation, commissioning, and technical support for the full range of MESA products. Respond to service calls promptly and effectively for repairs and troubleshooting. Report on site visits, including: spare parts, defective parts, and equipment repairs. Build strong relationships with customers and service partners. Collaborate internally with different departments at SEE. Identify business opportunities. Minimum Requirements: Fundamental knowledge of Electromechanics: Experience as a field technician performing hands-on technical work in the field of medium voltage and high voltage products in after-sales service, technical support, or maintenance.
