What we're looking for

Higher Level Vocational Training in Electricity, Electronics, or a similar field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in tasks related to technical support and maintenance services with customers in the industrial or related sectors.
Intermediate level of English required. Ideally B2.
Experience in preventive maintenance, technical documentation management, and customer support.
Must reside in the Community of Madrid.
Availability to travel up to 60% or more, depending on business needs.

The role

Reporting to the Technical Coordinator of the Services Department and integrated into the Technical team, we are looking for a Field Technician to perform various field activities related to Installation, Commissioning, and Maintenance tasks, as well as the Upgrade and Repair of industrial electronic equipment.

What you'll do

Provide high-quality, customer-focused technical service, both in Installation and Commissioning tasks as well as in Preventive Maintenance and Customer Support for Incident Resolution.
Coordinate, prepare, and carry out installation and commissioning tasks of equipment and systems on-site, within the agreed scope, and generate the corresponding As-Built documentation.
Plan, prepare, and execute Preventive Maintenance tasks according to the agreed schedule, performing the scheduled work on time and with quality, and closing the activity with the corresponding report.
Support partners in troubleshooting remotely, providing technical assistance and continuously monitoring until resolution and closure.
Assist in the capture, analysis, and escalation of customer needs to ensure equipment/system availability, including improvement proposals.
Perform other activities such as training for equipment use, promotion of the services provided by the company, management of personal and customer inventory, etc.
All of this will be carried out within AEG quality standards, strictly respecting Occupational Health and Safety requirements, and based on company procedures. Always with the objective of maximum efficiency, teamwork, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
