Requirements

What we're looking for

Experience: Occupational Medicine, health surveillance, fitness for work assessment, medical case follow-up, and workplace adaptation.
Knowledge: Occupational health and Occupational Risk Prevention, health surveillance, management of disabilities and reintegrations, applicable medical protocols, and coordination with industrial environments and multidisciplinary teams.

Education & certifications

Education: Degree or Licentiate in Medicine, with a specialty in Occupational Medicine.

Languages

Languages: Intermediate/Advanced English. German is a plus.

The role

What you'll do

Perform medical examinations and health surveillance activities for employees.
Assess fitness for work and perform medical follow-up in relation to job positions.
Manage and monitor processes regarding disability, reintegration, and workplace adaptation.
Provide specialized advice in occupational medicine and occupational health.
Participate in the development and implementation of prevention, health promotion, and wellbeing programs.
Coordinate actions with Occupational Risk Prevention teams to guarantee the health protection of workers.
Apply and ensure compliance with medical protocols, legal requirements, and current corporate standards.
Identify work-related health risks and contribute to the definition of preventive measures.
Intervene and coordinate the response to health emergency situations.
