Professional with 7 years of experience, of which 4 years of experience are in Salesforce.

Mandatory location in Catalonia with proficiency in Catalan.

Official Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM or equivalent) and Salesforce Certified Administrator or PSS Accredited Professional or Business Analyst.

As a Salesforce Project Leader, you will be part of the SEIDOR Salesforce Services team. We lead high-impact projects ranging from consulting, implementation, configuration, and parameterization of the various Salesforce clouds, including integration with all company systems.

• Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closing of projects.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams, coordinating functional profiles, technical profiles, developers, architects, and vendors.
• Act as the main point of contact for the client, managing expectations, needs, and priorities.
• Define and monitor the project scope, planning, milestones, budget, risks, and dependencies.
• Coordinate requirements gathering and their transformation into functional and technical solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Manage scope changes, incidents, and risks, proposing action plans and corrective measures.
• Supervise the quality of deliverables and guarantee compliance with acquired commitments.
• Facilitate communication between business areas and technical teams.
• Prepare monitoring reports, dashboards, and reporting for the client and management.
• Participate in the definition of methodologies, processes, and project management best practices.
