The role

Help us shape the future of health technology!

At Top Doctors Group, we work to improve the way people access healthcare. Through technology, we connect patients, healthcare professionals, and clinics to offer a more accessible, efficient, and human experience.

Today, we are present in 10 countries and develop digital solutions that help thousands of healthcare professionals grow their practice and millions of people find the care they need.

We believe technology has a greater impact when it serves people. That's why we keep growing and looking for talent that wants to help us build the future of digital health in an international, innovative, and constantly evolving environment.

Because you will be the person managing the day-to-day of two artificial intelligence products designed for clinics: a telephone assistant that answers patient calls, manages appointments, and transfers to a person when necessary, and a tool that transcribes conversations via voice recognition, with support for several languages.

You will work side by side with development, product, business, and client support, with deployments in several countries. We are looking for someone who knows how to plan, coordinate, and control projects to deliver them on time and with quality, and who knows how to move between technical and business visions.

What you'll do

  • Plan the delivery of the product-prioritized roadmap, with milestones and sprints for both products

  • Coordinate the development team and distribute work across sprints

  • Track progress in Jira and document projects in Confluence

  • Anticipate and manage risks, including dependency on external providers

  • Coordinate testing and production deployments, and prioritize critical bugs with development until resolution

  • Ensure regulatory compliance and clinical and data security (GDPR, certifications)

  • Define and track KPIs and product quality, and propose improvements based on results

  • Prepare reports and monitoring dashboards for management and for the product, sales, and client support teams

  • Coordinate deployments by clinic and by country with client support

  • Manage integrations and relationships with key providers (telephony, messaging, AI platforms), including SLAs, contracts, and incidents

  • Track product costs and consumption to support business decisions

Hiring process

If you've made it this far and identify with what we're looking for, we'd love to meet you. We don't believe in perfect candidates or profiles that fit 100% on paper. Beyond specific experience, we value the skills, competencies, and ways of working that allow you to add value to the team and contribute to the company's growth. If you think this challenge could be a fit for you, apply now!
