About the role

The SEK Educational Institution is looking to hire immediately an International Admissions officer for its campus in Ciudalcampo (Madrid).

To drive the growth of the number of international students at our boarding schools (Madrid, Barcelona, Alps and Dublin) and at the Learning Adventures center, by attracting new international students and groups, as well as managing and fostering loyalty within the educational agency channel.

The selected person will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, strengthening relationships with international agencies, and ensuring an excellent experience for students and families throughout the entire admissions process.

What you'll do

  • Identify growth opportunities and new niches in international markets.

  • Design, implement, and analyze commercial actions (fairs, conventions, professional meetings, etc.), measuring their return in terms of enrollments.

  • Plan and develop strategies to attract international students and groups for our boarding schools and Learning Adventures programs.

  • Establish and maintain relationships with key agents in the education sector nationally and internationally.

  • Lead and coordinate the network of international agencies that market our programs.

  • Provide agencies with all necessary information for launching their campaigns.

  • Provide personalized commercial follow-up to strengthen relationships with partners and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Offer a comprehensive, agile, and high-quality service to students and families throughout the entire information, admissions, and enrollment process.

  • Manage any incidents or necessary adjustments during the admissions process.

  • Support international families throughout their experience with the institution.

  • Record data, inquiries, and activity in the CRM (Salesforce).

  • Analyze the performance of campaigns and key commercial metrics, proposing action plans to address any deviations.

  • Report KPIs to Management on a weekly and monthly basis.

  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales teams on the development of promotional materials, campaigns, and commercial actions.

  • Plan and coordinate market campaigns through events, school visits, and high-impact activations.

  • Participate in the national and international promotion of Learning Adventures programs.

  • Visit the different schools with boarding facilities and Learning Adventures centers in Europe to monitor commercial objectives, local promotions, and market analysis.

Requirements

  • University degree.

  • Native Spanish and English level C1-C2. Knowledge of a third language will be positively valued.

  • Proficient in IT tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, databases) and experience with CRM (Salesforce).

Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time.
