At Sener we wish to add to our team a Mechanical Production and Industrialization Engineer (Diagnostics) at our Cerdanyola del Vallès workplace.
The person joining will be responsible for carrying out production and industrialization engineering work in the mechanical branch on IVD (In Vitro Diagnostic) system projects for laboratory automation.
Experience in the definition and industrialization of electromechanical equipment will be valued, having carried out tasks such as:
System industrialization. Experience in the industrialization of IVD systems will be valued. From the design and prototype phase, assessing assembly tasks, times, system maintainability, product configuration, etc.
Introduction of new products. Start-up of the production of new products.
Process Engineering (development of assembly procedures, route sheets, tooling generation, assembly line support, PFMEA, VSM, LTC, etc.)
Functional Testing Engineering. Ability to provide support and carry out functional tests guided by the instructions from the design areas.
Monitoring and resolution of Non-Conformities. Participation in NRBs, investigation and disposition of defects.
Support in the generation of Engineering Change Notices and their implementation.
Support in validation, qualification and certification tests.
Support to the supply chain management.
Support for after-sales service technicians.
