We are looking for a skilled kitchen assistant to join one of our residences in Arbúcies. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, preparing, and presenting meals for large groups, ensuring quality and food safety at all times.  

• Develop preparations, ensure compliance with defined menus and technical data sheets, and implement good practices.
• Prepare adapted menus and diets. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure proper organization and workflow.
• Oversee the inventory of ingredients and materials, placing orders when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations – HACCP record.
• Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks in the work area, and control the use of machinery, materials, and tools.
• Train new team members in the company's cooking practices and procedures. 
  
   

• Schedule: Monday to Sunday with respective days off. Shift worker. Availability in the morning and afternoon.
• Duration: permanent position.
• Salary: approx. 600 euros gross per month over 14 payments per year.

• Training preferably in the hospitality sector.
• Demonstrable experience in the hospitality, catering, restaurant, or related sectors.
