If you join the Front of House team:

• Customer service, reception, and seating with a close, agile, and professional approach.
• Taking orders, providing advice on the menu of traditional dishes and drinks.
• Table and bar service, guaranteeing quality standards and flow during peak times.
• Setting up, preparing, and clearing tables and dining areas.

If you join the Kitchen team:

• Preparation, mise en place, and execution of traditional Asturian kitchen courses.
• Management of stations during high-demand peaks, ensuring timing and presentation.
• Control and maintenance of hygiene, cleaning, and food safety standards.
• Reception, stock organization, and preservation of raw materials.
