We are looking for a catering cook to join one of our centers. The person hired will be responsible for the planning, preparation, and presentation of meals for large groups, ensuring quality and food safety at all times.
What you'll do
Functions
Develop preparations, ensure compliance with defined menus and technical data sheets, and implement good practices.
Prepare menus and adapted diets. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure proper organization and workflow.
Oversee the inventory of ingredients and materials, placing orders when necessary.
Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations – HACCP record.
Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks for the work area, and control the use of machinery, materials, and equipment.
Train new kitchen team members in cooking practices and company procedures.
How you'll work
- Full-time, 40 hours per week.
- Schedule: rotating morning and afternoon shifts in consecutive shifts (from 08:00 to 16:00 and from 14:00 to 22:00) with their corresponding breaks.
- Temporary contract (replacement with the possibility of joining the permanent staff).
