What we're looking for
- A current clean criminal record certificate for sexual offenses is mandatory (legal requirement for working with minors).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of specific experience as a Cook in community kitchens, restaurants, or hospitality (menu preparation, HACCP control, food safety) is required.
- Resourceful person with strong communication skills.
- Teamwork.
- Schedule availability.

- Training preferably in Hospitality: Higher Technician in Restoration, Technician in Cooking or similar.

We are looking for Institutional Cooks to join our school centers in the Orense area, for an initial replacement. The person hired will be responsible for the planning, preparation, and presentation of meals for large groups, guaranteeing quality and food safety at all times.
What you'll do
Develop preparations, ensure compliance with defined menus and technical data sheets, and implement good practices.
Prepare adapted menus and diets.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure proper organization and workflow.
Oversee the inventory of ingredients and materials, placing orders when necessary.
Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations – HACCP record.
Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks for the work area, and control the use of machinery, materials, and equipment.
Train new team members in cooking practices and company procedures.
How you'll work
Duration: initially 10 - 15 days with the possibility of extension.
Replacement contract.
